What is your delivery time?
Current turnaround is 14 days and personalised items may take up to 21 days.

How much is delivery?
All orders £45+ delivery is FREE!
Postage is £3.99 for all orders under £45.
Where is my parcel?
You will be sent a shipping email once your order has been dispatched and this will contain a tracking number which you can use to track your order.

We currently only despatch to mainland UK.

I'd like to cancel my order
You have 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation email to cancel your order and request a refund. We cannot refund once the order has been processed.

My order is damaged or incorrect
Although we try our best to package your order to protect it during transit, we can't protect from delivery people who throw parcels around like footballs, whoops!
If your order has arrived damaged, is missing items or is incorrect, please email hello@glamrocksboutique.co.uk stating your order number and attach photos of the damage.
